Kolbe promotes Nathan Bonikowske to director of operations for the Manawa Division

Kolbe Windows & Doors has promoted Nathan Bonikowske to serve as director of operations for its Manawa Division. Kolbe provides premium windows and doors for residential and commercial markets across the United States, Canada and beyond. The company is headquartered in Wausau, Wisconsin, with divisions in Phoenix, Arizona, and Manawa, Wisconsin.

Reporting to Mark Harger, vice president for the Manawa Division, Bonikowske previously served as the division’s technical director. In his new role, he oversees all operational functions at the division, including engineering, quality, continuous improvement, maintenance and manufacturing. He also directly supervises the plant manager and manufacturing staff.

“Nathan has been a dedicated member of the Manawa team for more than 21 years, consistently demonstrating a strong commitment to the business, our team members and our customers,” said Harger.

Throughout his career, Bonikowske has contributed to the division’s value stream and continuous improvement efforts. He has led numerous successful product development initiatives and equipment specification implementation projects.

As a member of Kolbe’s leadership team, Bonikowske represents the company at the Window & Door Manufacturers Association and its Hallmark Certification Committee. He shares his industry knowledge with coworkers, colleagues and customers. He also participates in continuing education opportunities, including Wisconsin Leads: Executive Fellowship program of the Wisconsin Manufacturers & Commerce (WMC) Foundation.
