Client News: Tubelite adds Archon Fenestration Technologies as a manufacturer’s representative in Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska

Tubelite_DougUrich_web.jpgTubelite Inc. announces the addition of Archon Fenestration Technologies, LLC (Archon Fen-Tech) as an independent manufacturer's representative serving select clients in Kansas, Missouri and Nebraska. This addition will assist Tubelite's current client development manager, Mike Peters, in covering this vast market. Archon Fen Tech's president, Doug Urich, will work closely with Peters and others at Tubelite to provide commercial building teams with storefront, curtainwall, entrances and daylight control systems.

Located in Overland Park, Kansas, Archon Fen-Tech represents best-in-class product manufacturers within the Construction Specifications Institute (CSI) MasterFormat® Division 8 - Doors and Windows specification, including Tubelite and Viracon. Urich is certified through CSI's Construction Documents Technology (CDT) Program. He and the company offer fenestration design-assist consultations drawing from 28 years of industry experience.

"By engaging all stakeholders early and throughout the entire design and build process, Archon Fen-Tech ensures optimized use and proper application of products, and professionally manages the timely and error-free execution of product delivery. We use insight sales strategies and an integrated project delivery platform to support the customer and stakeholder experience," said Urich.

Prior to starting Archon Fen-Tech, Urich was general manager of the Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope National Accounts business unit and, previously, was program director. Earlier in his career, he served as vice president and shareholder of AAA Glass Company in Kansas and as senior vice president of A2MG, Inc.'s Glass Division in Missouri.

In addition to his professional experience, Urich also holds a Master of Architecture and a Bachelor of Science in business administration from the University of Kansas.
