Mark Long

Mark comes from the sales and business side of the industry. With more than five years at Hirshfield's Contractor Service Center and a DIY background that stretches back to childhood, Mark brings his love of all things designed, engineered and constructed to Heather West Public Relations, Inc. He has managed the company's accounts, travel and strategic focus for more than 10 years. With his sales and customer service background, not only is Mark always thinking of his clients, but also of their customers.

Both writers at heart, Heather and Mark met while working for their high school magazine. Married for more than 20 years, they are one of those rare couples that can work together and maintain their sanity. Shared interests in design and architecture help to keep their working partnership exciting, as does their mutual love of travel.
